Abstract

The invention discloses an online material moisture measurement system and an online material moisture measurement method, wherein the online material moisture measurement system contains a fixed conveying unit, a sensor and a constant volume material guiding device. The fixed conveying unit contains a conveying side used for passing of materials. The sensor is mounted at the conveying side. A flow channel is formed between the constant volume material guiding device and the fixed conveying unit, and the flow channel comprises a material entrance and a material exit. When a material enters into the material entrance and passes through the material exit, a volume value of the material is greater than a lower limiting value and the material passes through the sensor while moving steadily. Whereby, material measured within unit time can be in a steady state, and consequently, accuracy of measurement is improved.
