Problems solved by technology

[0004]Existing protective clothing is generally composed of three layers of fabric materials, and the thickness of each layer is not specially designed, which makes the heat insulation effect of the protective clothing unsatisfactory and harmful to the human body. The protection of the dummy is not perfect; in order to better design this special clothing, we place the dummy in a high-temperature environment in the laboratory and measure the temperature outside the dummy's skin

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for researching high-temperature protective clothing based on a genetic algorithm and nonlinear programming, and relates to the technical field of protective clothingresearch. The method comprises the following steps: (1) according to given experiment data, drawing an image by using MATLAB, carrying out polynomial fitting on data, carrying out repeated tests to find that a cubic fitting result is most suitable for the actual situation, and performing further solution based on the result; (2) predicting the optimal thickness of the protective clothing layer II;and (3) predicting the optimal thickness of the protective clothing layer II and the optimal thickness of the protective clothing layer IV. According to the method for researching high-temperature protective clothing based on a genetic algorithm and nonlinear programming, the model adopts a mode of establishing a mathematical model to refine all layers, so that the temperature change condition ismore specific in space; traditional nonlinear programming and a genetic algorithm are adopted for iterative solution to optimize the model, so that the thickness estimation value is more accurate, and the whole thought of the invention is clear; and a mathematical model is used for determining the temperature change condition of the outer side of the dummy skin, so that the cost is reduced, and the research and development period is shortened, and the error range is narrowed, and the practicability is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of protective clothing research, in particular to a research method for high temperature protective clothing based on genetic algorithms and nonlinear programming. Background technique [0002] One of the most basic guarantees for human beings to engage in activities such as material production is clothing. As an intermediate between human beings and the environment, it plays the role of the second skin. When the material production activities and the working environment of human beings become complicated and difficult, we have higher requirements for the clothing we need at work. Metal steelmaking is an important industry, and fire protection is also crucial to the safety of our citizens, but it is in these industries that workers often work in high-temperature and high-radiation environments. The environment is divided into three states: normal, dangerous and emergency. Usually, an emergency will occur i...
