The cargo loading adjusting method comprises the stepsof loading a plurality of cargos to be loaded, wherein the cargos cannot be mutually stacked in the height direction; according to a preset constraint condition, judging whether the unloaded goods canbe loaded into the carriage or not; when it is judged that the unloaded cargos cannot be loaded into the carriage, generating a loading scheme, calculating the carriage gravity center position underthe loading scheme, judging whether the gravity center position meets gravity center constraints or not, wherein the gravity center constraints comprise the x-axis, y-axis and z-axis requirement ranges; and when it is judged that the gravity center constraint is not met, performing gravity center adjustment by using a backtracking algorithm. According to the method, the gravity center of the loading scheme which does not meet the gravity center constraint is adjusted through the backtracking algorithm until the feasible loading scheme is generated, so that the accuracy of the vehicle loading plan is remarkably improved, and the vehicle loading plan is closer to the actual operation.
