Abstract

The invention provides application of phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) in preparation of drugs for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury. An acetaminophen (APAP) liver injury animal model is established by use of APAP contaminated C57 mice, an intervention test is conducted by use of a serine protease inhibitor PMSF, and it is discovered that PMSF can effectively prevent and treatAPAP induced acute liver injury. The discovery contributes to development of prevention and control measures for APAP poisonous liver injury, and particularly has especially great significance for patients with course of diseases at a late injury stage.
