The welding device comprises a laser device, a beam reshaping system, a dynamic focusing scanning system, a visual inspection system, an XY numerical control working platform, a Z-direction moving shaft, a welding purification system, an auxiliary welding device and a related control system. The dynamic focusing scanning system is fixed to the Z shaft, and a collimator grid is fixed to the XY numerical control working platform. The control system can detect the welding position of the grid by using the visual inspection system, and the XY numerical control working platform is driven to collimate the adjustment position. The control system can also drive laser beams to achieve scanning motion and dynamic focusing to weld the grid structure.
