Abstract

The invention discloses a feedforward control combustion adjustment method based on temperature field prediction of a combustion region. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a physical model of a combustor and a hearth combustion region for a specific boiler by means of modeling software; (2) selecting a reasonable mathematic model and setting corresponding boundary conditions; (3) calculating numerical values; (4) correcting the calculated results; (5) summarizing the calculated results and paralleling the calculated results with input variables to establish a training database of a prediction model; (6) carrying out neural network training on data of the database by means of MATLAB to obtain a prediction model; (7) inputting expected operating parameters of the combustor to obtain a prediction temperature field; (8) summarizing prediction rules to form a set of combustion optimization schemes which meet safe and economical operations of a coal-fired power plant at the same time; and (9) adjusting the needed temperature field of the combustion region according to the optimization schemes. The method is characterized in that feedforward adjustment of the temperature field of the combustion region is achieved, so that safety and energy conservation of a unit are facilitated.
