Abstract

The invention discloses a thin plate subsection turning device which comprises a main beam, a support beam, supports and a lifting device. The main beam and the support beam are both of box-shaped structures, are connected by through holes and are kept in a mutually-perpendicular state. When the device is used, thin plate subsections are arranged on a main beam top plate of the main beam, and the ends of the thin plate subsections are fixedly connected with a plurality of sets of lifting lugs at the edges of the main beam and the support beam. Thus, the thin plate subsections can be supported by the device through the main beam and the support beam, the lifting device is connected with the lifting lugs on the thin plate subsections, the thin plate subsections are driven to perform turning operation, and the main beam and the support beam are used for supporting in the turning process. The device can meet the requirement for the turning operation of the thin plate subsections of a cruise ship, it is ensured that the deformation amount of a built product in the turning operation is controlled within the required range, and meanwhile, the welding quantity of a reinforcing material is effectively reduced.
