brick, which comprises the following steps: (1) screening
construction waste to remove organic impurities and large-particle impurities, and crushing and
grinding to obtain recycled fine aggregate and recycled micro
powder; (2) mixing the regenerated micro
powder obtained in the step (1), a cementing material, aluminum
powder and a
phase change material, and preparing the
phase change energy storage artificial aggregate through alkali excitation; and (3) mixing the recycled fine aggregate obtained in the step (1), the phase-change energy-storage artificial aggregate obtained in the step (2),
Portland cement and water, pressing the mixture into an environment-friendly
brick blank, and performing
carbonization curing to obtain the low-carbon phase-change energy-storage environment-friendly
brick. After the prepared low-carbon phase-change energy-storage environment-friendly brick is maintained for 3 days, the strength can be improved by 30-50%; in addition, the material has excellent heat storage and
carbon sequestration capabilities, and is a multifunctional low-carbon environment-friendly
building product.
