Abstract

The invention discloses a data writing method and device based on a solid state disk device, and equipment. The method comprises the following steps: the host sends the data to the solid state disk controller; and the solid state disk controller controls a single-layer storage buffer which writes the data into a flash memory. When the host is idle, the solid state disk controller controls to readthe cache data in the single-layer storage buffer in the flash memory to the random access memory in the flash memory, controls the cached data to be synchronously read to the ferroelectric memory, controls the cached data to be mapped to the data memory in the flash memory, and controls the data in the ferroelectric memory to be rewritten to the flash memory after being powered on again when thesolid state disk controller is powered off. Through the mode, when the power failure condition occurs, data loss can be avoided, and stable data storage is guaranteed.
