A draught fan is mounted in the machine case. The draught fan is provided with a volute. The kitchen air-conditioning system is characterized by further comprising a water tank containing water; the compressor is immersed in the water tank; the volute wall of the volute is provided with an outer hollow layer and an inner hollow layer; the water tank communicates with the inner hollow layer through a water pipe; the coolant pipe passes through the outer hollow layer.
