Abstract

The manufacturing device mainly includes a mold and at least one magnetic force generation unit, especially, the mold has at least one accommodating groove to accommodate coils; after the accommodating grooves are filled with molding materials mixed with ferromagnetic powder, magnetic force can be provided to the accommodating grooves by utilizing molding modules; and each molding material monomer can move downward in the accommodating grooves under the effect of the magnetic force, so that a molding effect can be achieved. The using of any molding tools is not needed during the whole process of generating molding inductors by applying the manufacturing device or method, so that friction force generated between the molding materials and the inner walls of the accommodating grooves can be greatly reduced; and damage to enameled wires of the coils caused by excessivepressure of the molding tools cannot occur.
