Each base plate is provided with a lifting assembly on the lower side, and the lifting assembly is used for driving the base plate to ascend or descend. Each lifting assembly comprises a jacking plate which moves in the vertical direction. A lock latch assembly is arranged between each jacking plate and the corresponding base plate.
