Problems solved by technology

When it is necessary to upgrade the software and hardware of the ADAS controller, repeated testing is required, which will greatly increase the cost
At the same time, it is difficult for this kind of test to achieve very high test coverage
[0004] Secondly, some domestic units or manufacturers use simulation equipment to test a certain type of ADAS sensor, but this kind of test is difficult to test the ADAS scene where multiple sensors are combined.
[0005] Thirdly, there are many kinds of sensors and ADAS ECUs in the actual system. Most of the existing ADAS ECU test systems can only test a certain type and interface of ADAS ECU. The flexibility of the test system is not high, and it is difficult to adapt to different Types of ADAS ECUs
[0006] Finally, most of the existing ADAS ECU test systems do not use automated methods for testing, and the test efficiency is relatively low

Abstract

The invention provides a multi-sensor-based ADAS HIL test system. The system is mainly used for the hardware-in-loop testing of the ADAS ECU of an automobile. The test system comprises an ADAS scene simulation host, a video signal injection module, an ultrasonic signal injection module, an ADAS ECU and a real-time industrial controller. The test system is a multi-sensor-based ADAS hardware in-looptest system. With the test system adopted, various ADAS ECU tests can be carried out through in an in-loop simulation mode; simulation sensors supported by the test system comprises a camera, a millimeter wave radar, an ultrasonic radar and a laser radar. The test system can test a plurality of ADAS scenes which depend on the four kinds of sensors. Sensor models in the test system can be configured in the ADAS scene simulation host, so that a plurality of kinds of sensors with different parameters can be simulated. The various scene test results of the ADAS ECU can be embodied on the scene simulation host; an automatic test is applied to a test process; and test efficiency is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS), and relates to an ADAS hardware-in-the-loop test system, in particular to a multi-sensor-based ADAS HIL hardware-in-the-loop test system. Background technique [0002] With the maturity of technology, more and more mass-produced vehicles are equipped with ADAS systems. In the current ADAS system, the sensors equipped mainly include cameras, millimeter-wave radars, ultrasonic radars, and laser radars. The ADAS ECU controller passes these sensors To perceive the surrounding environment of the vehicle body, collect data from various sensors, and identify and track objects through calculation and analysis, allowing the driver to detect possible dangers in advance and take corresponding measures. ADAS ECU is a very critical functional part of the entire ADAS system. To verify various functions of the ADAS system, it is necessary to perform various tests on the ADAS E...
