The device comprises a pipeline, a blade mechanism and a blade control mechanism, wherein the pipeline comprises a pipeline inner wall, a pipeline outer wall and a pipe cavity; the blade mechanism comprises a plurality of blades and blade fixing seats; the blade fixing seats are fixed on the pipeline inner wall; one ends of the plurality of blades are all hinged to the blade fixing seats; the blades are orderly arranged along the inner wall of the pipeline, and the two adjacent blades are partially overlapped; the blade control mechanism is arranged on the pipeline and comprises a driving component, a transmission component and a control component which are connected in sequence; the control component is capable of controlling the transmission component to move; and the transmission component drives the driving component to drive the blades to rotate around the fixing seats so as to change the caliber for the gas to flow through of the pipe cavity.
