The air conditioning system comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttling device, a switching device, an evaporator and a flash evaporator, wherein the compressor is provided with a plurality of air cylinders, the evaporator is composed of a plurality of heat exchangers, the flash evaporator comprises a first flash evaporator and a second flash evaporator which are connected in parallel, the compressor, the condenser, the throttling device, the second flash evaporator and the evaporator can form a refrigeration or dehumidification circuit, the compressor and he evaporator can form a heating circuit, and temperature and humidity independent control is realized by changing flow paths of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor and the condenser through the switching device.
