The heat dissipated by the second heat exchanger can be effectively brought away by replacing the cold water in the heat exchange water tank, so that the power of refrigeration of the air conditioning device is reduced, and the energy is saved. The hot water which flows into the hot water storage device can be reutilized to further save the energy of heating domestic water.
