This paper describes a multi-element polymer sensor array utilizing NFC. A sensor device includes a first detector circuit, a near field communication (NFC) circuit, and a sensor package. The first detector circuit is configured to use a resistive change polymer type detector, a capacitive change polymer type detector, a dielectric change polymer type detector, a graphene based sensor or a metal oxide (MOX) type detector to detect stimuli. The NFC circuit has an NFC power receiver and an NFC data transceiver. The NFC power receiver is configured to receive power from the mobile device and provide operational power to the sensor device using the NFC standard protocol. The NFC data transceiver is configured to transmit data to the mobile device using the NFC standard protocol, the data corresponding to the first stimulus. The sensor package is configured to house the first detector circuit and the NFC circuit.
Description
Multivariate Polymer Sensor Arrays Using NFC technical field [0001] The present invention relates generally to electronic devices, and in particular embodiments to devices having near field communication (NFC) Systems and methods for circuit sensors. Background technique Electronic sensors are those that measure the presence of gases, pressure, heat, light, humidity, particulates, or specific health parameters of an individual. A device that processes a number of physical or chemical stimuli and converts the measurement to a digital or analog signal. Typically, electronic sensors are The sensor module and electronic circuit are made. The sensor module senses environmental information, and the electronic circuit converts the environmental information into Signal. [0003] Typical health and gas sensors are characterized by limited operating life, limited operating duration, Frequent calibration requirements and limited target audience. As a result, mobile device ...
