An energy saving rate computational formula is deduced through the energy conservation criterion, a limiting energy saving rate is computed by adopting limiting conditions, the maximum energy saving potential of the plug-in hybrid electric system relative to a sample electric systemcan be primarily mastered, and the computational amount is obviously reduced.
