The heating diaphragm piece and plastic carry out insert molding so as to form an outer plate, a conductive connecting hole is arrangedbetween an end portion of the heating wire and the outer plate, the conductive connecting hole is filled with conductive metal slurry in a coating mode, the conducting sheet is electrically connectedwith the heating wire through the conductive metal slurry, and the connector is connected to the conducting sheet.
