The water storage tank communicates with the liquid distribution pipe; the water pump is connected with the liquid collecting pipe; each exhaust mechanism comprises a rotary shaft rotatably arranged on the pipe wall of the corresponding water passing pipe in a penetrating way, multiple drive pieces fixed onto the circumferential side wall of one endof the rotary shaft, and multiple exhaust blades fixed onto the circumferential side wall of the other end of the rotary shaft; the pipe walls, corresponding to the exhaust mechanisms, on the water passing pipes are projected toward the outer sides so as to form placement cavities; part of the drive pieces are located in the placement cavities; and the other part of the drive pieces are located inpipe cavities of the water passing pipes.
