Abstract

The device comprises a cylindrical metal shell in which a control circuitboard, a capacitor plate positioned under the circuit board and a capacitive movable diaphragm arranged under the capacitor plate in parallel are sequentially arranged from the top down, wherein an annular insulating spacer is arranged between the capacitor plate and the capacitive movable film plate, so that a polar distance space is formed between the capacitor plate and the capacitive movablefilm plate. The integrated sensing and control device has the beneficial effects that the capacitive movable diaphragm comprises a metal base ring, a thin diaphragm and a metal film layer arranged onthe thin film plate; the capacitive movable diaphragm has proper structural strength via the utilization of the metal base ring; the metal film layer is arranged on the thin film layer, so that the metal film layer has the characteristic of being electrified by using the own metal characteristic; and the deformation performance and recovery performance of the metal film layer are optimized by using the physical characteristic of the thin film plate. The capacitive movable diaphragm has the characteristic of being soft and hard; and installation convenience is also met based on meeting an elastic requirement.
