Abstract

The invention discloses amidated vulcanized carboxyl nitrile rubber and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sufficiently mixing crude carboxyl nitrile rubber with a reinforcing agent, an anti-aging agent, an amidation vulcanizing agent, an amidation dehydrant and an amidation accelerant according to common mixing conditions of nitrile rubber of the field; and performing vulcanization treatment on the mixed and smelted rubber material, so as to obtain carboxyl nitrile rubber, wherein polyamine is adopted to implement vulcanization on the crude carboxyl nitrile rubber, amino of the polyamine and carboxyl of the crude carboxyl nitrile rubber are reacted to form amido bonds, a cross-linking system is formed through the amido bonds finally, and thus vulcanization of the crude carboxyl nitrile rubber is completed.
