After the soft cottontissue is prepared, the soft cotton tissue is segmented into a plurality of small pieces by hand shredding lines, wherein two ends of each hand shredding line are independently provided with a notch.The soft cotton tissue prepared by the invention is light, thin, soft, skin-friendly and comfortable, has ultrahigh moisture absorption and water locking performance, also has good oil absorbency andheavy metal ion absorption performance, and has good antibacterial properties, and the adopted materials are environmentally friendly and belong to naturally degradable materials.
