The report quality evaluation system comprises a structured report label database module of each single disease category, a label information extraction module, a label score calculation module and a report quality evaluation module, wherein the structured report label database modules store classification data of labels and score deduction values of the classification data; when a report needing to be evaluated exists, the label information extraction module searches a single disease type structured report label database module corresponding to the report, extracts label parameters and label IDs matched with classification data in the report based on the classification data, and judges score deduction values corresponding to labels; the label score calculation module compares the parameters of the labels with standard data in sequence, the result is 0 when the data is the same, and theresult is a score deduction value when the data is different; and the report quality evaluation module sums the scores of the labels and subtracts the sum from the total score to obtain an evaluationscore of the report. The invention further discloses a report quality evaluation method based on structured label classification. According to the invention, the report written by a doctor can be intelligently scored, and the report quality is improved.
