Abstract

The system includes a first locating unit used for detecting a location of the rail electric flat car, a second locating unit used for detecting a turning location of a rotating disc, a control unit, a first data transmission radio station connected with the control unit, a host computer and a second datatransmission radio station connected with the host computer. The first locating unit includes a querying / responding device, an IMU unit and an odometer. Both the first locating unit and the second locating unit are connected with the control unit. The control unit is used to receive detection signals of the querying / responding device, the odometer, the IMU unit and the second locating unit, and connect the host computer through the first data transmission radio station and the second data transmission radio station. The host computer is used to input running parameters of the rail electric flat car, plan running steps of the rail electric flat car and the rotating disc according to the detection signals, and control running of the rail electric flat car and the rotating disc.
