weathering and aging device and a
weathering and aging method, which comprise a multi-layer gradient
processing system, an environment regulation
system and a
control system. The multi-layer gradient
processing system is composed of vertically stacked modular
processing box bodies, each of which is provided with a containing cavity, and adjacent box bodies are connected through controllable material conveying channels. The environment regulation system comprises an environment parameter monitoring
assembly and a regulation execution
assembly in each box body, which are used for collecting environment data in real time and simulating a
weathering and aging environment. The
control system controls the on-off of the material conveying channels, and dynamically adjusts the regulation execution
assembly according to the environment data of each layer, so that each layer simulates a weathering environment at a different stage, and a gradient process from initial processing to deep aging is realized. The modular processing box bodies are vertically stacked, which reduces
land occupation and reduces the risk of environmental
pollution; the
control system simulates different environments, meets the processing requirements at each stage, and accelerates the weathering and aging process and processing efficiency.
