Sludge collecting grooves are formed in the outer sides of the slope protection ridges correspondingly. The slope protection ridges and the sludge collecting grooves are all parallel to the subgrade belt. Flow channels are formed between the slope protection ridges and the corresponding sludge collecting grooves. According to the construction process, through riprap extrusion sludge treatment structure design, when the subgrade belt is subjected to riprap and displacement method treatment, the slope protection ridges prevent sludge from spilling over slopes, the sludge is made to enter the sludge collecting grooves from the flow channels and drained and collected through a sludge pump, remaining sludge is treated by using slaked lime, then overall filling and levelling are performed, soft soil can be hardenedeasily, and the stability of a subgrade structure is further improved; and compared with the prior art, the sludge treatment controllability is high, the production cost is low, and resources can beeffectively used.
