Problems solved by technology

However, we still face great challenges, including: 1) how to screen for more predictive clinical indicators and molecular markers among candidate markers; 2) how to accurately estimate the role of these factors; 3) how to integrate many types of Factor integration into predictive models

Embodiment Construction

[0071] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and implement it, but the examples given are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0072] Overall research plan

[0073] In 2007-2008, the present invention completed the baseline investigation of the Changshu site of metabolic syndrome prevention and treatment research in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, and obtained the baseline investigation data and DNA samples of 16,412 cases of research objects. The demographics, lifestyle, disease history, family history of cardiovascular disease, and anthropometric indicators of the research subjects were collected. At the same time, the blood samples of each research subject were collected to complete the measurement of blood sugar, blood lipid and uric acid. Each research subject extracted DNA. Blood samples and DNA s...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hypertension risk assessment device based on a multi-level Bayesian model. The device is characterized by comprising a computer, wherein the computer is programmed to performthe steps that a multi-level Bayesian generalized linear regression model described as the specification is constructed, h (t,X) is a risk rate function of a proportional risk model, t refers to thetime, X refers to a covariable (prediction index), h0 (t) is a basic risk rate and represents hypertension genetic factors and corresponding parameters when all covariables are 0, and exp (exp) is anexponential function; appropriate prior distribution is selected. The method is advantaged in that a C index of the hypertension onset risk prediction model which is constructed by applying the multi-level Bayesian Cox model and only contains traditional risk factors is 0.6236 (the standard deviation is 0.0024).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of hypertension assessment, in particular to a multilevel Bayesian model-based hypertension risk assessment device. Background technique [0002] Hypertension is an important global public health problem, and its prevalence is increasing [1]. In 2000, the global prevalence of hypertension among adults reached 26.4%, and it is expected to rise to 29.2% in 2025 [2]. New data from the Global Burden of Disease Project shows that high blood pressure remains the leading cause of disease burden and death worldwide. At present, the number of deaths due to hypertension is as high as 9.4 million in the world every year [3]. The prevalence of hypertension in my country also continues to increase. In 2002, the prevalence of hypertension among adults in my country was 18.8% [4]. The latest national survey of 500,000 people showed that the prevalence of hypertension in my country reached 32.5% in 2009. [5]. In 2010, the total nu...
