The invention discloses an automatic identification method for physiological indexes of urinalysis test paper. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) acquiring an urinalysis test paper image uploaded by a user; (2) carrying out image enhancement processing on the obtained urinalysis test paper; (3) carrying out adaptive threshold segmentation on the enhanced picture toobtain each to-be-tested item: indicating the position of each color block on the urinalysis test paper; (4) different mobile phone camera parameters are different; (5) training a BP neural network for each test item, and inputting the color blocks subjected to color difference correction in the step (4) into the corresponding BP neural networks to obtain categories corresponding to the color blocks; and (6) comparing the standard colorimetric cards according to the categories corresponding to the color blocks to obtain corresponding physiological indexes. The identification method is simple and accurate. The problems of illumination interference and low human eye colorimetric accuracy are avoided, and the identification method can be used for early diagnosis and follow-up visit of chronicdiseases such as chronic nephrotic patients, diabetic patients and hypertension patients and early screening of healthy people.
