Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient treatment device for waste gas produced by manufacturing. The efficient treatment device comprises a mounting rack, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the sidewall of the mounting frame; a fan and a gas washing pool are fixedly mounted in the mounting groove; the fan is connected with a gas inlet pipe; a gas suction hopper is arranged at the other end of the gas inlet pipe; a gas outlet pipe is fixedly installed at a gas outlet of the fan; an adsorption box is fixedly connected to the end, away from the fan, of the gas outlet pipe; multiple activated carbon adsorption layers are arranged in the adsorption box in parallel; a connecting pipe is fixedly installed on the side wall of the side, away from the gas outlet pipe, of the adsorption box; and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the gas washing pool. According to the invention, dust particles in the waste gas are filtered and adsorbed by arranging the adsorption box and the activated carbon adsorption layer, and then toxic gas in the gas is subjected to reaction purification by arranging the gas washing pool, so non-toxic substances are generated; and thus, the efficient treatment device is friendlier to the environment, higher in purification treatment efficiency, capable of preventing harm of the waste gas to human beings and safer in operation.
