The equipment is simple in structure, is convenient in operation,can accomplish track cleaning under a relatively small abrasion condition by moving cleaning sponge; moreover, oil-coating can be immediately accomplished after cleaning, so that oil-coating efficiency is improved; and in a cleaning process, clearing and collecting for an oil and dust mixture adhered on the cleaning sponge are automatically accomplished, and therefore, follow-up cleaning quality is guaranteed.
