Abstract

The invention provides a threading plate for steel-cord welding points. The threading plate comprises a hard alloy plate and a 45# steel plate which are vertically welded. The hard alloy plate is located above the 45# steel plate. An L-shaped detection groove is formed in the hard ally plate, and comprises a vertical groove, an arc-shaped groove and a horizontal groove. The vertical groove is in transition connection with the horizontal groove through the arc-shaped groove. The width of each of the vertical groove, the horizontal groove and the arc-shaped groove is a standard size of a to-be-detected steel-cord welding point outline. The shape of a detection groove of a threading plate for welding point detection is modified, the detection groove is changed to be 'L'-shaped, and the corneris designed as an arc angle, so that multiple diameters of the steel-cord welding points can be detected on the premise of reducing the input cost of the threading plate.
