Abstract

The invention relates to a separation device and a separation method for oily sludge. The separation device comprises an extraction separation container, a distillation container, a refrigeration mechanism and a storage container, wherein a feeding port of the extraction separation container is connected with a feeder and a conveying mechanism; the conveying mechanism is used for conveying materials to be separated; a first stirrer is arranged in the extraction separation container; a feed port of the distillation container is connected with a discharging port of the extraction separation container; a second stirrer is arranged in the distillation container; a heater is arranged at the periphery of the distillation container; the refrigerating mechanism is connected to the feeding port ofthe distillation container; and the storage container is connected to the refrigeration mechanism. According to the separation device and the separation method, effective resourceful treatment on theoily sludge is realized.
