Embodiment 1

[0019] A method for rapidly treating solid waste using biological bacteria agents, comprising the steps of:

[0020] (1) Weigh each bacterial agent according to the following parts by weight: 15 parts of Bacillus subtilis, 8 parts of Geobacillus stearothermophilus, 4 parts of Corkia palustris, 1.5 parts of Aspergillus niger, 1.2 parts of Rhizopus oryzae, white rot 2.5 parts of bacteria, 2 parts of Phanerochaete chrysosporium, 1.2 parts of Lactobacillus acidophilus and 10 parts of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, activate each bacterial agent on a slope and mix evenly;

[0021] (2) Inoculate the mixed bacterial agent into the microbial culture medium according to the weight of 20%, and cultivate it at a temperature of 28°C and a pH value of 6.5 for 8 days to obtain a composite bacterial agent; the microbial culture medium consists of the following parts by weight: 25 parts of apple snails, 70 parts of peanut bran, 35 parts of distiller's grains, 100 parts of corn flour, 8 parts of bro...

Embodiment 2

[0026] A method for rapidly treating solid waste using biological bacteria agents, comprising the steps of:

[0027] (1) Weigh each microbial agent according to the following parts by weight: 18 parts of Bacillus subtilis, 8 parts of Geobacillus stearothermophilus, 5 parts of Corkia palustris, 2 parts of Aspergillus niger, 0.8 parts of Rhizopus oryzae, white rot 1.5 parts of bacteria, 2.5 parts of Phanerochaete chrysosporium, 1.0 parts of Lactobacillus acidophilus, and 8 parts of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, each bacterial agent was activated on a slope and mixed evenly;

[0028] (2) Inoculate the mixed bacterial agent into the microbial culture medium according to the weight of 15%, and cultivate it for 10 days at a temperature of 25°C and a pH value of 5.5 to obtain a composite bacterial agent; the microbial culture medium consists of the following parts by weight: 35 parts of apple snails, 60 parts of peanut bran, 30 parts of distiller's grains, 90 parts of corn flour, 7 parts...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly treating solid waste by using a biological agent, which comprises the following steps: weighing the following microbial agents in parts by weight: bacillussubtilis, geobacillus stearothermophilus, Kocuria palustris, aspergillus niger, rhizopus oryzae, white rot fungi, phanerochaete chrysosporium, lactobacillus acidophilus and saccharomyces cerevisiae,and carrying out slant activation on each microbial agent; inoculating a microbial culture medium with the mixed microbial inoculum for culturing to obtain a complex microbial inoculum; adding cellulase and lignin peroxidase into the complex microbial inoculant, and uniformly mixing to obtain a biological inoculant for solid waste treatment; and directly adding the biological agent into the solidwaste, and carrying out aerobic fermentation. According to the method, through reasonable compatibility of multiple strains and selection of a proper microbial culture medium, organic matters, cellulose and macromolecular refractory substances in the sludge can be rapidly degraded, meanwhile, ammonia nitrogen, COD, heavy metal ions and the like in the sludge can be removed, and pollution of solidwaste to the environment is relieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste treatment, in particular to a method for quickly treating solid waste by using biological bacteria agents. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of social economy in China, the discharge of industrial and domestic sewage is increasing, which is directly or indirectly discharged into water bodies. The problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious, which intensifies the water resource crisis. In order to alleviate the shortage of water resources and protect people's health, the state has invested a lot of manpower and financial resources in sewage treatment. Various cities in my country have successively built and operated sewage treatment plants, and the sludge output produced by sewage plants will also increase significantly. Sludge is a heterogeneous body composed of organic debris, bacterial cells, inorga...
