According to the invention, natural language processing is carried out on faults input by maintenance personnel; according to the method, the historical maintenance records with high similarity and close scores are input into the iteratively trained classification model for scoring, the historical maintenance records with high similarityand close scores are sorted out, and the maintenance schemes corresponding to the historical maintenance records are recommended to maintenance personnel, so that the working efficiency of the maintenance personnel is faster and more convenient, and maintenance decision-making measures are quickly taken when familiar faults occur.
