The chromatograph includes a control unit and a storage unit. The control unit quantifies the predetermined measurement object. The storage unit stores calibration curve data based on the internal standard method, which is obtained by adding an internal standard of a predetermined concentration to the measurement object and has an intensity ratio between the intensity of the measurement object and the intensity of the internal standard. When the chromatograph measures the chromatogram of a QC sample containing an internal standard of a specified concentration and the chromatogram of an unknown sample containing a measurement target whose concentration is unknown but does not contain an internal standard, the control unit calculates the intensity ratio based on the intensity of the internal standard of the QC sample and the intensity of the measurement target of the unknown sample.
