The method comprises the steps of obtaining order data for a target object, the order data for the target object being online order data for thetarget object provided by an order system of an online service or offline order data for the target object provided by an order system of an offline entity object; generating a service work order forthe target object according to the order data; obtaining position information of a target object recorded in the service work order; determining a target area matched with the position information ofthe target object, and obtaining an implementation facility for providing service for the target object in the target area; and obtaining feature data of the implementation facility for providing theservice for the target object, and assigning the service work order to the target facility of the target area according to the feature data. By adopting the method, a reasonable service work order distribution scheme is provided, and the problem of low service work order processing efficiency is solved.
