The rotary shaft is rotatably disposed in the casing.The flywheel comprises a hub and an annular part, the rotary shaft is disposed through the annular part, the annular part is fixed to the rotary shaft via the hub, and the annular part has two grooveson two opposite sides of the hub. The electric motor assemblies are accommodated in the grooves and each comprise a first motor rotor and a motor stator. In each groove, the first motor rotor is fixed on the rotary shaft, and the motor stator is fixed to the casing and located between the first motor rotor and the annular part.
