Abstract

The invention discloses a small differential temperature compensation crystal oscillator which comprises a base, a temperature compensation crystal oscillator, a differential frequency multiplicationmodule and a metal shell cover. A fundamental frequency signal generated by the temperature compensation crystal oscillator is processed by the differential frequency multiplication module to generatea differential output oscillation signal. And the input and output ends of the temperature compensation crystal oscillator and the differential frequency multiplication module are bonded on the printed circuit board through conductive adhesive and then output through the base pin. The temperature compensation crystal oscillator and the differential frequency multiplication module are installed ina cavity defined by the metal shell cover and the base. The temperature compensation crystal oscillator solves the problems that the output waveform in the traditional temperature compensation crystal oscillator is generally single-ended output and the output frequency is relatively low.
