The data migration method comprises the following steps: S1, setting configuration of a QoS network interface for a virtual interface by utilizing a routing link mechanism provided by an operating system; s2, receiving a virtual host environment interface configuration table set by the cloud computing platform, and translating the table into a specific network interface control command according to the network configuration set by the virtual interface; s3, intercepting and capturing a network message transmitted and received by the virtual network adapter card, then packaging the message, adding a virtual host ring ID and virtual machine ID identification information to form a packaged TCP frame, and routing the packaged TCP frame to a physical network to form a virtual host environment; and S4, migrating the architecture and the network configuration file of the virtual host environment through a virtual host environment migration protocol among the data clusters.
