The method comprises the steps that the negative pressure suction nozzle of the negative pressure assembly is connected with a liquid injection port of a battery located in a tray in a pressing mode so that the internal space of the battery canbe communicated with the internal space of the negative pressure assembly, and a closed space is formed; the negative pressure assembly and the tray are locked to form a negative pressure closed traywhole body; negative pressure is applied to the closed space through the negative pressure joint of the negative pressure assembly by using air tightness detection equipment so as to carry out air tightness detection on the closed space; and the control part is operated to communicate the negative pressure joint with the internal space of the battery.
