Abstract

The invention relates to a clamp which is used for clamping a battery cell on a turntable. The clamp comprises a rotating plate, a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate. The rotating plateis rotated to a second limit position, and then the battery cell is placed at a clamping position. The second clamping plate is close to the first clamping plate to clamp the battery cell, then the rotating plate is rotated to a first limit position, and the battery cell can rotate by 90 degrees around the rotating axis only by ensuring that the rotating angle of the rotating plate rotating to thefirst limit position from the second limit position is 90 degrees. When the turntable rotates, the battery cell on the clamp can be transferred to each station for rubberizing. The clamp provided bythe invention can realize overturning of the battery cell on the turntable. A cantilever beam structure can be only used for carrying the battery cell without overturning the battery cell. The cantilever beam structure is not influenced by the weight of an overturning mechanism, and the overturning reliability of the cantilever beam structure is ensured. The carrying speed is effectively improved,and the assembling efficiency of a lithium battery is improved. The invention further relates to a rubberizing system for the lithium battery.
