Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for quickly measuring a dynamic contact angle of a liquid drop. The device comprises a camera, a liquid injection device and a sample table, the sample table comprises an outer frame and a circular flat plate which is installed in the outer frame and can rotate freely, the circular flat plate is provided with a spring clamp used for clamping two solidsample sheets to be measured, and a channel allowing liquid to flow through is formed between the two solid sample sheets to be measured. Firstly, a channel is rotated to a horizontal state; then, liquid is injected into the channel through the liquid injection device; the channel is rotated, the interface shape of the droplet and the solid sample sheet when the droplet just slides is shot; a keycontact angle of a liquid drop is measured by utilizing drawing software, then the channel is rotated to be in a vertical state, a dynamic contact angle and the sliding speed of the liquid drop are measured, then two parameters of a contact angle hydrodynamic model are calculated, and the dynamic contact angle at any speed can be quickly calculated by utilizing the parameters. The device and the method are simple in structure and rapid in measurement, and can rapidly establish a dynamic contact angle calculation model.
