The invention provides a vehicle detection device and a vehicle detection system, and the device comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod which are disposed at a side surface of aparking space and are perpendicular to the ground; a middle shaft rod, arranged between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod, and the two ends of the middle shaft rod being connectedwith the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod respectively, the middle shaft rod being parallel to the ground; and a geomagnetic induction module, fixedly connected with the middle shaft rod, and the geomagnetic induction module being used for detecting the magnetic field change of the side surface of the parking space. According to the device, through the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod which are perpendicular to the ground and the middle shaft rod with the two ends connected with the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod respectively, the groundmagnetic induction module can be installed on the side face of a parking space, and compared with the prior art that the ground magnetic induction module is laid on the ground surface, the ground magnetic induction module is prevented from being rolled by a vehicle.
