Abstract

The invention relates to application of SCnA to extraction of nuciferine. SCnA has a structure as shown in a general formula I which is described in the specification. In the formula, n ranges from 4to 8. According to the invention, the selective bonding effect of macrocyclic molecular sulfonated calixarene (especially SC6A) on nuciferine is used for extraction and separation of nuciferine for the first time. A preferred scheme of a process for extracting, separating and enriching nuciferine in the medicinal material, namely lotus leaf by using water-soluble macrocyclic molecules is further studied in the invention. The scheme is simple, quick and environment-friendly, has higher extraction and purification efficiency compared with an existing known method, and can provide technical support for clinical application and development of nuciferine and development and production of related medical and health-care medicines and foodstuffs.
