The spherical fixing frame (4) is formed by welding a hollow iron ball and a rectangular steel plate, wherein a surface of the hollow iron ball is provided with a set of circular through holes with axes penetrating through the center of the ball, and a surface ofthe rectangular steel plate is provided with four through holes. The one-dimensional target (3) penetrates into the spherical fixing frame (4) through the circular through holes of the spherical fixing frame (4) and is in transition fit with the spherical fixing frame (4), and the spherical fixing frame (4) is fixedly connected with foundation bolts on the ground through the four through holes inthe rectangular steel plate.
