Problems solved by technology

However, the currently used acoustic holographic test device uses a linear array. On the one hand, the test error is too large. On the other hand, due to the limit of the test water depth, the test results are interfered by the reflection of the water surface and the bottom, which increases the test error and reduces the test accuracy.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The specific implementation manner of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0017] Such as Figure 1-Figure 3 As shown, the acoustic holographic test conformal array for underwater noise source separation in this embodiment includes a frame structure 2 surrounding the outer ring of the test model 1 conformal to the outline of the test model 1, and the inner ring of the frame structure 2 is set There are a plurality of guide wheels 3 abutting against the outer surface of the test model 1, and the guide wheels 3 move along the outer surface of the test model 1; the frame structure 2 is formed by a plurality of frame units extending continuously in the circumferential direction, such as figure 2 As shown, it is a top view of the frame unit, the inner side is close to the center of the circle, and the outer side is away from the center of the circle. The frame unit is composed of four parallel hollow metal tubes 5 an...

Abstract

The invention relates to an acoustic holography test conformal array for underwater noise source separation. The array comprises a frame structure which surrounds an outer ring of a test model and isconformal with the outline of the test model, an inner ring of the frame structure is provided with a plurality of guide wheels abutting against an outer surface of the test model, the frame structureis formed by continuously extending a plurality of frame units in the circumferential direction, and each frame unit is composed of four parallel hollow metal pipes and metal reinforcing supports connected between the metal pipes; two hydrophone acoustic arrays which are arranged in parallel at intervals in the radial direction are installed in the frame unit through rubber damping supports, andhydrophone units for testing are distributed in the hydrophone acoustic arrays at equal intervals. According to the invention, the rubber damping supports are installed on the frame structure such that the interference of the vibration of the frame structure on the sound pressure measurement of the hydrophone is reduced; the array has double layers of acoustic arrays to measure sound pressure andseparate incident waves and reflected waves, effectively reduces errors of underwater noise source separation analysis caused by water surface and water bottom reflection, and greatly improves underwater noise source separation precision in a limited water depth environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of underwater noise testing, in particular to an acoustic holographic testing conformal array for underwater noise source separation. Background technique [0002] Underwater noise source separation technology is a key technology for underwater noise source location and control. Acoustic holography is a relatively convenient technology for underwater noise source separation. However, the currently used acoustic holographic test device uses a linear array. On the one hand, the test error is too large. On the other hand, due to the limit of the test water depth, the test results are interfered by the reflection of the water surface and the bottom, which increases the test error and reduces the test accuracy. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of the shortcomings in the above-mentioned existing production technology, the applicant provides an acoustic holographic test conformal array with reasonable structure f...
