The invention discloses an optimal deployment method and device of an unmanned aerial vehicle base station, the unmanned aerial vehicle base station and a medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining position data of N ground users communicating with an unmanned aerial vehicle; constructing the position coordinates of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the position coordinates of the N ground users and the corresponding relational expression of the communication terminals between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the ground users according to the position data of the N ground users; solving thecorresponding relational expression based on the minimum average value of the communication interruption rates of the N ground users to obtain the optimal coordinate position of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly to a spatial position corresponding to the optimal coordinate position of the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the invention, optimization of the position of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be realized, so that the use efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle base station is enabled to be optimal, and the communication quality can beenhanced.
