According to the technical scheme, the first nut is tightened towards the fixation section of the full-thread part, as the pretightening part stops the first nut from continuing to move, pretightening force is generated between the first nut and the pretightening part, thus, pretension force is generated in the full-thread part through the pretightening part to offset stress on the full-thread part in the vertical direction, accordingly, the full-thread part is in a zero-stress working state, the complexity of stress on the connecting bracket is reduced, and the connecting safety is improved.
