Abstract

The invention relates to a grease composition and a preparation method thereof. The grease composition is characterized by containing a glyceride mixture, and by satisfying any of the following conditions in terms of the total weight ratio of the grease composition: (1) SSS is 0-10 wt%; (2) S2U is 75 to 95 wt%; (3) SUS is less than 30 wt%; (4) PPO / StStStO is greater than 0 to 1.0 by weight ratio;and (5) the weight ratio of (PStO + StPO) / POSt is 1 to 35. The symbols are as defined in the specification. The grease composition disclosed by the invention is a non-lauric acid, non-trans and non-temperature-regulating grease composition, and has the characteristics of remarkably improving the heat resistance, frosting resistance, good taste and other qualities of foods.
